Motion
In physics, motion is the phenomenon in which an object changes its position over time. Motion is mathematically described in terms of displacement, distance, velocity, acceleration, speed, and time. Motion of an object depends on the type of force acting on the body. The general study of the relationships between motion, forces, and energy is called mechanics.
